Industrial action update - 23 December

The GMB trade union has informed its members that it has cancelled the industrial action scheduled for Wednesday 28 December 2022.

The national pay dispute saw GMB members at East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) take strike action over a 24-hour period, from 6am on Wednesday 21 December 2022 until 6am on Thursday 22 December and further action had been planned for 6am on Wednesday 28 December 2022 until 6am on Thursday 29 December. This has been stood down.

Instead, industrial action is now scheduled for Wednesday 11 January 2023.
