Expressions of interest invited for Interim Director of Nursing and Deputy COO secondment opportunities

Please note: these roles are only available to people currently working in the Northamptonshire system
Two exciting secondment opportunities have arisen working with NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (NICB).
We are looking for four- to six-month cover for an Interim Director of Nursing and a Deputy Chief Operating Officer from someone who is excited about taking on the challenges we face and can also help us with the delivery of our future plans which will emerge from the two-year operational plan.
We are about to head into winter and so the successful candidates will provide extra senior support while we conclude a management of change process to support NICB in the delivery of new ways of working across health and social care in the county.
It is essential that quality and the provision of safe care are at the top of our agenda and these roles will also support our partners across the county in the coming months.
