A full catalogue of content from all three years of Northamptonshire’s Virtual Wellbeing Festival is now available to access online in the same place. The update makes it easier than ever for our county’s health and social care colleagues to access each drop of wellbeing learning, laughter and leisure on demand.

Many people have experienced an unforgettable Festival moment. Quite often, these fade into happy, but distant memories – or saved only in the form of obscure internet clips.

Northamptonshire’s Virtual Wellbeing Festival suffers no such fate. With full programmes from the 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions now available in one location, colleagues can relive each unmissable session whenever it is convenient for them – without wasting time scouring the web for their favourite bits of content.

Bringing together 15 headline speakers, from Ruby Wax to Mr Motivator, and Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes to Dr Amir Khan – the complete Virtual Wellbeing Festival catalogue boasts hours of wellbeing expertise, offering colleagues the opportunity to delve into the minds of inspirational figures.

The update also collates countless live and pre-recorded sessions from each year at the Festival. Whether you’re interested in learning a new skill, developing a wellbeing technique, or hearing relatable stories from fellow colleagues across our integrated care system, the enhanced content library covers a vast range of topics – there truly is something for everyone!

Our Festival may only come around once a year, but reflecting on your own wellbeing remains essential at all times – so why not block off some time in your diary to focus on you?

The newly added sessions are available now via Northamptonshire’s Virtual Wellbeing Festival website. Simply follow the links that appear in the homepage’s introductory text and begin exploring today.
